By purchasing, downloading, installing or using jobsiee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
jobsiee is an AI-powered job search and application assistant. It helps users set job search rules, use Gmail job alerts as entry points to selected job platforms, filter job listings, export matching jobs into Excel files, compare job listings with user-provided CVs, rate opportunities by relevance, and generate tailored CV and cover letter drafts based on user documents and selected job listings.
jobsiee is a productivity tool. It does not guarantee job offers, interviews, employer responses, application success or career outcomes.
jobsiee is offered as a paid digital software product for a one-time purchase price displayed on the website or checkout page.
After purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use jobsiee for your own job search workflow.
You do not acquire ownership of the software, source code, branding, design, documentation or intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain with jobsiee, Pergamon, or the relevant rights holder.
jobsiee may be offered for Windows and macOS. System requirements, supported versions, installation format and feature availability may change over time.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, operating system, Google account, internet connection and required third-party services are compatible with jobsiee before purchase or use.
jobsiee requires your own Google account for parts of the workflow. You may need to create Gmail job alerts and organize them under a Gmail label such as “Jobs”.
You authorize jobsiee to access the Google account information necessary to provide the features you request. You are responsible for managing Google permissions, labels, alerts and account security.
jobsiee does not ask for your Google password. You should never share your Google password with us or with anyone else.
jobsiee may interact with or use information from third-party platforms, including job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor, as well as Google and AI services.
You are responsible for complying with the terms, rules and technical limitations of any third-party platform you use with jobsiee. You must not use jobsiee to bypass access controls, violate platform rules, overload services, scrape prohibited content, or use data in a way that is unlawful or unauthorized.
We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, outages, blocking, API limitations, account limitations or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms.
jobsiee uses AI-supported features to rate jobs and generate tailored CV and cover letter drafts.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, biased or misleading. Scores and recommendations are only decision-support tools and should not be treated as professional career advice or guaranteed indicators of application success.
You must review and edit all generated CVs, cover letters, scores, rankings and outputs before using them. You are solely responsible for the final content of any application you submit.
jobsiee is designed to work from your own CVs, cover letters, instructions and selected job listings. It is not intended to invent work experience, qualifications, education, skills, certifications or achievements.
You agree not to use jobsiee to create false, misleading, fraudulent or unsupported application materials. You are responsible for ensuring that all application materials you use are accurate, lawful and truthful.

Prices are displayed on the website or checkout page and may change at any time before purchase.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, bank fees or payment provider charges.
Refunds, if any, are handled according to the refund policy displayed at checkout and applicable consumer protection laws. Because jobsiee is a digital product, refund rights may depend on whether the download, activation or digital delivery has already started and on the laws applicable to your location.
We may update, modify, improve, limit, suspend or discontinue parts of jobsiee at any time. This may include changes to features, user interface, supported platforms, pricing, third-party integrations, AI providers, workflow rules, documentation, security requirements or website content.
We may make changes because of technical needs, legal requirements, user feedback, third-party platform changes, security concerns, business decisions or product development.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, product descriptions, pricing, feature availability and related rules from time to time. Where required, we will update the effective date or provide notice. Continued use of jobsiee after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
We aim to provide a useful and reliable product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all systems, permanent access to third-party platforms, or continuous support.
Support may be provided by email, contact form or other channels we choose. We may change support channels, response times or availability at any time.
jobsiee is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Google, Gemini, Microsoft, Apple or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.
All third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
jobsiee, including its name, branding, website content, software, design, text, images, workflows and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from jobsiee except where expressly allowed by law or written permission.
You retain ownership of your CVs, cover letters, job search inputs, generated outputs and other files you provide or create through jobsiee.
You grant jobsiee only the limited rights necessary to process your inputs and generate outputs for the workflow you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use all documents, instructions and content you provide to jobsiee.
jobsiee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI outputs, compatibility with third-party platforms, and employment-related results.
jobsiee is not a recruitment agency, employer, legal adviser, career adviser, immigration adviser or financial adviser.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jobsiee, Pergamon and their owners, employees, contractors or partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of employment, lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, third-party platform issues or rejected job applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to jobsiee will not exceed the amount you paid for the product during the relevant purchase.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate access to jobsiee, downloads, updates or support if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the product, infringed rights, created security risks, or used the product unlawfully.
After termination, you must stop using jobsiee and delete any copies if requested, unless applicable law allows otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of İzmir, Türkiye, unless mandatory law provides a different venue or consumer right.
