jobsiee uses this information to perform the workflow requested by you: filtering jobs, rating job matches, and generating tailored application drafts.
jobsiee works through your own Google account. The application may use Gmail job alerts as starting points to access related job platforms and scan available listings based on your selected workflow.
jobsiee does not ask you to share your Google password with us. Where Google authentication or authorization is used, access is handled through Google’s own systems. Your Google credentials are not sold, rented, or shared by us with third parties.
jobsiee uses Google account access only to provide the user-facing features you request, such as reading job alert emails under the relevant label and creating workflow outputs. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness assessment, or unrelated analytics.
jobsiee uses Gemini to compare filtered job listings with your CV and to support the generation of tailored CV and cover letter drafts.
When you use AI-powered features such as “Rate My Jobs” or “Rewrite My CV/CL”, the relevant job listing text, CV content, cover letter content, scoring instructions, and writing focus may be sent to Gemini or another AI service used by the application for that specific workflow.
jobsiee does not use AI to invent professional experience or add unsupported details. However, AI-generated outputs may still contain errors, omissions, unsuitable wording, or inaccurate interpretations. You are responsible for reviewing all generated CVs, cover letters, rankings, scores and other outputs before using them.
Third-party AI providers may process data according to their own terms, privacy notices and data processing rules. You should not upload unnecessary sensitive personal data or confidential information that is not needed for your application workflow.
We use information only for legitimate product, support and business purposes, including providing jobsiee’s filtering, rating and rewriting features, generating Excel outputs, CV drafts and cover letter drafts, responding to support or contact requests, processing purchases and providing download access, improving product functionality and fixing technical issues, preventing abuse, fraud or misuse, complying with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations, and enforcing our Terms of Use.
We do not sell your personal data, build a commercial database from your CVs, cover letters or job applications, share your Google credentials with third parties, use your Gmail data for advertising, submit job applications on your behalf without your review and action, or guarantee employment, interviews, job offers or application success.
jobsiee is designed to let you work with your own documents and generated outputs. Depending on your device and configuration, CVs, cover letters, Excel files and generated drafts may be stored locally on your computer or in folders/services you choose.
You are responsible for managing, protecting and deleting files stored on your own computer, Google account, cloud storage, or other services.
We may share limited information only where necessary, such as with payment processors for purchases, hosting, email or form service providers for website operation and communication, Google services for Gmail and account-based workflow functionality, Gemini or other AI service providers for AI-powered rating and rewriting features, professional advisers, accountants or legal representatives where necessary, and public authorities if required by law.
We require service providers to process data only for appropriate service-related purposes where commercially and legally possible.
